1. What we collect
- Shirt orders / MISSION LONDON contributions: full name, email, phone, LINE ID, shipping address, the name you want shown on the wall, your transfer slip image and the items ordered
- Site membership (when enabled): email, password (hashed), name, address book, order history, contribution total and votes
- Hire / contact forms: name, email, company, job details
- Visitor statistics: Google Analytics 4 (IP anonymised) and our own counter, which stores only the page viewed, language, device type and referrer, without cookies and without IP addresses
2. Why we use it
- To verify payment, confirm orders, produce and ship goods, and contact you about your order or contribution
- To show your name on the supporter wall and print it on the shirt, only when you tick the consent box
- To give supporting members the right to vote on MISSION LONDON plans
- To send order confirmation and status emails (no marketing email without consent)
- To improve the site using aggregated usage statistics
3. Who we share it with
Name, phone and address go to the delivery carrier only. Slip images are used for internal verification and are accessible only to site administrators. We do not sell or pass on data for marketing. Sponsors receive aggregated statistics only.
4. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the life of the service and as required by law. Transfer slip images are deleted within 12 months after a round closes. Visitor statistics are kept for up to 400 days.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent to show your name, or close your account at any time by emailing beer@beercfc.com with your order code or sign-up email. We respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
The site uses essential cookies for member login and to prevent duplicate votes, plus Google Analytics cookies for usage statistics. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, slip images live in a folder blocked from public access, and the site is backed up and protected on a regular schedule.
